Written plainly, because policies that need a lawyer to read are usually hiding something.

Payment

We take payment by ABA KHQR transfer. You scan the code, transfer the exact total, and give us the transfer reference. We check it against our account by hand and confirm on Telegram. Nothing is charged automatically and we never see your card details, because there are none.

Prices are shown in USD. Your bank may settle in KHR at its own rate; the KHR figures shown on the site are an estimate at 4,100 riel to the dollar.

Cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start making your piece. Because everything is made to order, once making has begun we can only refund the portion not yet made — we will tell you exactly where your order stands when you ask.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo on Telegram within 48 hours. We remake and resend it at no cost to you. This covers genuine transit damage.

Handmade variation

Every piece is made by hand, so no two are identical and yours will differ slightly from the photograph. Colour can also read differently between screens. That variation is not a fault — but if what arrives is not what you asked for, that is a different matter and we will fix it.

Returns

Made-to-order goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will remake it or refund it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Cambodian consumer law.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, contact number, Telegram handle if you give one, delivery address, and the transfer reference you give us. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or run third-party tracking on this site. There are no advertising cookies and we run no analytics of our own, and this site's security policy blocks third-party scripts from running at all. Your receipt stays on your own device: the page never uploads it.

Where your order actually sits. Your basket and your order details are saved in your own browser on your own device, not in an account on our server — we do not keep a customer database, and there is no password to lose. One consequence is worth knowing: if you clear your browser data or switch to another phone, the order lookup on this site will not find your order. Send us the order number on Telegram and we will find it from our side.

Who else sees it. When you place an order the details are sent to the shop over Telegram, so Telegram carries that message; this website is served by Cloudflare, which sees the request. Nobody else receives your details. Receipts are kept only as long as needed to confirm and account for the order.

Care

Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight, away from damp, and dust them with a soft brush occasionally. They never need water.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first, on Telegram or by email — we would rather fix it than argue about it, and most problems are settled the same day. If we cannot agree, these terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and nothing here removes or limits a right the law gives you as a consumer.
