Are these real flowers?
No — every bloom is handmade from soft chenille stems with a wire core. They look like flowers from a step away and last indefinitely, which is the point.
How long until I get my order?
Making takes 1–5 days depending on the piece, and it is listed on every product page. Delivery is on top of that: same or next day in Phnom Penh, 1–2 days to the provinces.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes, on almost everything. Use the fields on the product page or message us on Telegram, and we will send a mock-up before we start making it.
How do I pay?
By ABA KHQR transfer. You scan the code at checkout, transfer the exact total, then tell us the transfer reference. We check it by hand and confirm on Telegram.
Do you take card payments?
Not yet. KHQR covers ABA and every Bakong-enabled bank in Cambodia, which is how most of our customers already pay. Card payment is planned.
Do you deliver outside Phnom Penh?
Yes, to all provinces for $2.00 by bus or express courier. Very large pieces can cost more to send — we always tell you before you pay.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo on Telegram within 48 hours and we remake and resend it free.
Can I order in bulk for an event?
Yes. Weddings, graduations and corporate gifts are some of our best work. Message us on Telegram with quantity and date and we will quote you.
How do I look after them?
Keep them out of direct sunlight and dust them with a soft brush now and then. No water, ever.
Why are there no reviews on the site?
Because we launched recently and have not received any yet. When customers write them they will appear here — we do not write our own.
