Everything is made to order, so the timeline is making time plus delivery time. Here is exactly how it works.

Making time comes first
Keychains take 1–2 days. Boxes and frames take 2–4. Large bouquets take up to 5. The making time is listed on every product page — delivery starts after that.
Oversized pieces
Large bouquets and framed pieces sometimes cost more to send to a province than the standard $2.00. If that applies to your order we will tell you before you pay, not after.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photo on Telegram within 48 hours and we will remake and resend the piece at no cost. Handmade items vary slightly from their photographs — that is not damage, but genuine transit damage is on us.
Free delivery
Delivery is free automatically on product subtotals over $20.00, with an approved coupon, or during a promotion we have announced.
